Pacific Water Restoration is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Mark and Nataliya Ilyin.
Mark brings a strong scientific foundation to restoration work, with a background in microbiology and business management. His approach is rooted in understanding how moisture, materials, and microbial growth interact inside a structure, and applying that knowledge carefully and responsibly on every project.
Nataliya brings balance, organization, and a people-first perspective to the business. She focuses on client communication, project coordination, and ensuring that every home is treated with care, cleanliness, and respect from start to finish.
